JAY VEACH is a drummer, percussionist, singer, and educator born in South Korea. He is currently a sophomore at the University of Oregon’s School of Music and Dance, and plans to become an educator in the Psychology of Music. Jay is a drummer in the Oregon Jazz Ensemble, as well as the Kreuger Ensemble, Impulse New Music Ensemble, Generations Wedding and Events band, and various other groups. Whilst being an active member of the jazz scene, he also teaches private drum lessons and sectionals at local middle and high schools.
