John Polese has been part of the vibrant local music community for the past 25 years. As a frequent performer on keyboard, trumpet, and accordion, his experience has encompassed styles ranging from Argentine tango to Zydeco. He has provided original music for modern dance and ballet at the University of Oregon and Lane Community College.
Since being introduced to the irresistible world of Brazilian music by some close friends with direct connections to Brazil, his life has been greatly enriched. He is the musical director and arranger for Diane Lou Azô & Friends at the June 21st concert at the Shedd Institute.
