Richard H. Jessup has been performing, teaching, directing, and choreographing since 1977. As an independent director and choreographer, having participated in productions throughout the Northwest. Richard was the Artistic Director for Rogue Music Theatre in Grants Pass for ten seasons. His direction and choreography credits include Evita, Jesus Christ Superstar, Sound of Music, and The King and I for Rogue Music Theatre; Cupid & Psyche, The Polish Diva from Milwaukee, and Nunsense Jamboree for Oregon Cabaret Theater in Ashland; and Crumbs from the Table of Joy and Two Gentlemen from Verona, Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
Richard's first work with OFAM was as choreographer for its 2003 production of Guys and Dolls. He returned last year as director of our 2004 production of My Fair Lady.
Richard lives in Seattle, Washington.
