Biography
Artwork
A prolific composer who at times wrote lyrics as well, Walter Donaldson has a career which covered 4 decades. He contributed a significant number of top songs to the Classic Songbook, many of which he created with lyricist Gus Kahn. Notable songs include "How You Gonna Keep Them Down On The Farm (After They've Seen Paree)?", "Makin' Whoopee", "My Baby Just Cares For Me", "My Blue Heaven", "Yes Sir! That's My Baby", and "Carolina In The Morning".
