The Shedd Institute’s E. Y. Harburg Academy for Musical Theatre presents its 14th semi-annual revue, BEAUTIFUL MORNING, a tribute to legendary songwriting team Richard Rodgers (1902-79) & Oscar Hammerstein II (1895-1960) who wrote many of the greatest musicals of the 20th century, including Oklahoma!, South Pacific, Carousel, The King And I, The Sound of Music, and Flower Drum Song . Our revue will feature many of the phenomenal songs in those shows: "Oh What A Beautiful Morning", "Some Enchanted Evening", "Edelweiss", "There's Nothin' Like A Dame", "Honey Bun", "A Wonderful Guy", "My Favorite Things", "Sixteen Going On Seventeen", "Getting To Know You", "I Cain't Say No", "You'll Never Walk Alone" and more!
