The Shedd Institute’s E. Y. Harburg Academy for Musical Theatre presents the “’S Wonderful: The Gershwin Songbook”! Academy students will be paying homage to the songwriting duo, George and Ira Gershwin with musical numbers including “They Can’t Take That Away From Me”, “Someone To Watch Over Me”, “I’ve Got Rhythm”, “’S Wonderful” and more! Students will showcase songs, dance numbers and scenes from some of the Gershwin’s most loved musicals such as Girl Crazy, Oh, Kay!, and Lady be Good.
