Mary Sheffer: A true Oregonian born in Portland and raised in small town Lebanon. Received a B.S. in Education with a minor in P.E. and Health at the University of Oregon, met and married Con Sheffer and while raising three children was involved volunteering in various community organizations.
Why The Shedd?
With a musical background in piano and Con a talented “fiddler” The Shedd became our passion from its inception enjoying the variety of entertainment offered. Being long time members of First Baptist Church we were thrilled to see the building transformed into a fabulous community arts center with a strong music education school for all ages. Promoting The Shedd through board membership has been a distinct privilege.
